Bio:
Dawn PatrolBand Dawn Patrol emerged on Slovenian metal scene in 2002. First as instrumental act, 'cos guys and a girl had high standards for how their frontman should sound. Lack of quality singers forced band to record their first song (Rockstar Ate My Hamster) with guest vocalist/guitarist Dyz from band Negligence. Song appeared on Slovenian metal compilation New Order (2005). Same year band first time played on METAL CAMP. Still as an instrumental act. In spring 2006 they've got lucky and found the right guy - Ales. What followed was band takin' hearts of slovene heavy metal fans. These led to a big show at METAL CAMP 2006. Critics agreed band got a rising star among vocalists. Number of ezines compare him to Bruce Dickinson as the way he acts and sing. Band went to record their first EP Before the Dawn in late 2007 and released it in July of 2008.. Next step for Patrol is of course to step abroad, slovenian scene became way to small for this band. Last development brought change of drummer. Wuko's place was taken by Borut Rampih (also ERUPTION).
