Sweden’s Martyrdod has been active now since 2001 and Sekt is the band’s third and latest album. What Martyrdod has been described usually as blackened crust but the band is a lot more than what that description entails. This is a seriously heavy band that mixes a crusty sound with death, black and d-beat punk to come up with an album of some startling power.
